I requested for 10 Rupees recharge 2days back, amount has deducted from my account but i did not get recharge yet but my name is displayed below in rechrge done list. Why and how?

@admin..now again i have tried 10rs recharge, will i get it, 20rs pending now. Reply me. Is site active or dead? Reply that atleast

Never loose the hope, due to some time consumption in developing Android App for Gamerzity,
Our team was unable to touch the part of this issue.
