One more answer possible . He would have not gone to the top floor . He was on the ground floor only but he slipped and fell down on the road he was walking on

Dreamz, written that he enters in 30 storey building.. but he haven't said in which floor he was on. So basically, maybe ground or just one steps of stairs.

Thanks . And maybe it is possible that he was dreaming that he entered the building . He fell in his dream but when he woke up from his dream he was fit and walking normally .

The answer is simple : He was on the ground floor and simply went out of the window
