not succesful recharge

hello gamerzity my recharge not done successfully recharge because he is in pending request please recharge

I want to know whether any steps are taken for recharge to be made. There are no answer from the admin about it. The last recharge they did was the last week of january i think. Now they are doing only for paypal and not for recharge request. Dont know whats the problem. Even if there was a problem in system they would have solved in a week but 1 month going to complete and no steps taken and also no update about the status. Did the admin stopped the service? Is the website active?
