Recharge not done

I recharged for 10rs today(15/2/2014)morning about 8:30am from gamerzity,when will i get recharged.will i get it today.?plz help...

Mr.Aswin,i requested recharge on 31st jan 2014 but still not got any,many did not get recharged for past 16 to 17 days,they say some problem in their system so u can wait until its solved. & u have another doubt on not getting points for posting in forum, that is because if u create a new topic u wont get any points.u will get points if u reply in any topic.

& to the admin i request, please solve the problem as soon as possible
