i play games but not getting points...why???

I joined this site few days ago.....
I like gamerzity very much....easy to understand every part here.....
but I am facing a problem when I playing games....then i am not getting points...i played more than 20 games and not got any points ....please suggest me where is the mistake ???

i already said in other post but you didnt understood i think. all now face this problem. no one are present in the site to solve it, recharge also not done for many who requested. we dont know whether the site is active as before.
