Members problem nowadays

many people have below problems, i want the admin or mod to solve it.

1. points are not credited for playing any game as before in the site from 29th may.
2. why AIRTEL-PREPAID service not available, will it be activated or not???
3. bonus points not given for any work like fulfilling profiles or for any contest appreciation given by members for the winners.

Airtel Prepaid users can send me msg with their mobile number when they reach minimum 200 Point (Rs.10).
