query regarding points.!!!! pls reply fast

i or many people have 3 problems, i want the admin or mod to solve it.

1. points are not credited for playing any game in the site as before from 29th may.
2. why AIRTEL-PREPAID service not available, will it be activated or not???
3. bonus points not given for any work like fulfilling profiles or for any contest appreciation given by members for the winners.

will i get any reply for these problems?????
